Dr Sam Feeney is our newest GP who has recently relocated to Perth from London, UK with her family. Her thirst for travelling began early, having spent her childhood in Zambia before returning to the UK aged 11.

She is an experienced GP who completed her medical undergraduate qualification in 2002 at the University of Birmingham, UK and later as a GP in 2007. During her training she worked in the ED, Ophthalmology, ENT, Obs and Gynae, Paediatrics and completed General Medical and Surgical training.

Her work as a GP has taken her to various areas of the UK from the West Midlands, Yorkshire and then to London. She has been a GP Principal at 3 different practices and gained a wealth of experience in Women’s Health, Intermediate Care, End-of-life Care, Addiction Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Paediatric Care and more recently Medical Aesthetics. She has held teaching positions in training Paramedics, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Associates. During the COVID pandemic she was a Principal GP at the largest vaccination hub in North London. She completed her training as a Senior Clinical Leader in 2012 which took her to 10 Downing Street and to meet with the Prime Minister in her role as a GP Commissioner.

In her spare time she enjoys exploring WA and enjoys swimming, water sports and is a keen amateur singer. Her biggest passion is spending time with her husband and beautiful children.
